Ep.1.12 Strange Bedfellows

Iris and Bill agree to meet at a hotel but Crumb catches her in the act, aborting the mission. Indeed, many things get in the way. Stanley wants a liquor license for his donut shop, Bill’s daughter is arrested for public drinking and worst of all, a garbage strike is looming. Iris makes a deal with the chief of public works but Crumb finds a way to sabotage it. Iris and Bill don’t know about this sneaky move. They think they have finally found an opportunity to be alone and figure it okay to turn off their phones. When Iris finally gets wise to the double cross, she thwarts Crumb’s plans and solves the problem. With the crisis finally over, she and Bill celebrate by having sex on her desk in the Mayor’s office.
